• All bookings must be made online or through our approved booking system.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are provided through our instant quote system and confirmed before service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Secure pets and valuables prior to cleaning.

5. Liability

• Pure Haus is insured and takes great care in all services.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

• If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.

6. Modifications
